Saturday: martial arts, Vics, disneyplus

walkitoutT. went to help BF with some moving and other things, since they did not see each other for most of the week. This was after our return to the usual Saturday routine of martial arts and Vic’s. Also, F. came over and did piano lessons, so that was nice. I also got a walk with M.
Then A. and I watched the first two episodes of Monsters at Work, which was funny and fun, and then we watched Luca, which was delightful, and beautiful, and funny and mildly inspirational.
The post credit sequence with Uncle Ugo in the deep, saying we would be lucky to hear him talk for 12 hours and eat whale carcass, with the little fish scooting off to the side was hilarious.
ETA: Also, I ordered chicken wings and whole chickens as add-ons from Walden this month, so I put a chicken in the oven today with a whole bunch of random from the veggie drawer: baby turnips, fennel and kohlrabi, tossed in olive oil. We’ll see how that turns out.
