We deplaned, got our bags, and got through passport control with no issues. We had Europcar this time, because I wanted to do a one-way and return it in Rotterdam. Unfortunately, the car we got was smaller than anticipated and our luggage greater in volume. We did get it all in, but boy did A. complain all the freaking way to Kaatsheuvel.
We parked the car, picked up our paperwork including park tickets, and walked over to the park. We got some food, we did a few rides and we did our best to stay dry. A. bought a very small box in the gift shop for Fatima. I bought ponchos for A. and me in the Jokie's World gift shop because we had foolishly left our rain jackets in the car. We stayed longer than we thought we would but eventually got back to the room to unload everything. We were all pretty much done, but I dragged myself out to Albert Heijn and the liquor store in front of it to get supplies for breakfast and later. We ordered pizza delivery, and it all worked out fine in terms of avoiding cheese and so forth. This time, we got the web ordering interface to work, so we did not have to try to communicate by phone, which can be pretty dodgy for me when ordering pizza at Bosrijk.
