It is A.’s half day. But M. volunteers at the library, so I can’t walk with her in the morning. The result is an unusually large block of time with no distractions (no phone calls, no Dutch lessson, no walk). I got the cards off the mantle! I even put the mantle swag away. It’s not even Valentine’s Day.
T. asked me to order him some bigger swim trunks; he has finally conceded that the Docker’s men’s small are too small. Yeah, I tried to tell him that weeks ago. *shrug* A.’s starting to outgrow her shoes, which means that she is now wearing a range of sizes that is 8.5 at the bottom end. Yikes. It’s hard enough getting her pink shoes in women’s sizes. When she blows through size 10 in women’s and we start having fewer choices, it’s going to be almost impossible. I suppose we can always buy white shoes and decorate them ourselves. Crafts!
