A friend is reading _Sisters in Law_, and talked a bit about the court’s rulings on the topic of children born to a Vietnamese mother in Vietnam with an American father. I got to thinking that probably the process has changed a bit, in the wake of genetic paternity testing becoming inexpensive and widely available.
