walkitoutI've been tired a lot lately. I think I have not been getting enough sleep. We've all got allergies. We were getting over a cold. I think Teddy probably had a growth spurt during it. There were missed naps and erratic bedtimes. All in all, exhausting.
Last Thursday's martial arts class kicked my butt. I had a scorchingly bad headache that only improved when I laid down and put my legs up. So today, in addition to telling my instructor, I just did not work as hard. I'm still tired (so it was a workout) but I'm not hurting too bad. So that's good.
Teddy and I got a nap together this morning/early afternoon, which was a good thing.
But I'm sure dreading daylight savings.
