Yesterday's Activities included: deposit on the Mouse

I decided, after looking at what one could get at BLT as a cash reservation for Xmas week, that I'd risk a holiday visit to the Mouse. Yes, I know, huge mistake. Hopefully everyone else will be too broke to go, and it'll be the least crowded holiday season there in a decade or more.

I even remembered to count back 90 days from the 25th and put it on the calendar to call for ADRs. Flight is booked. Deposit on the room is paid. Rental car is reserved. The next biggest decision is probably (a) how much inculcation to engage in ahead of time in terms of video and (b) should I get a second CARES harness and check both car seats.

And did you know you can book ADRs online now? I haven't tried it, but I've heard good things about it. (Okay, shutting up now and turning off the WDW advice fount. :) )

And please _do not_ turn off the WDW advice fount! Geez. I need all the help I can get. :-)

I _had_ heard great things about test track, and there are a few other kid-friendly things there. I'll keep it as a backup plan if MK is too nuts.

We're stuck with the 90 window on ADRs. I think DVC members have more time to reserve dining, but I could be confused about that.

Don't know about the East coast Mouse, but on the West coast, Christmas Eve day has traditionally been a great day to go. Crowds aren't rock bottom, but there are fewer marauding teens.
