Their rates are reasonable. Their guys are careful: I haven't found anything broken and there's only one ding in a wall (this is pretty amazing, given it's four levels counting the basement, so lots of stairways, which is where the ding occurred). They show up when they say they will. They do what they say they will. They do it in their allotted time, for their estimated amount of money.

Also, they're funny and tolerant of hyperactive children.
