It's kind of a suck job generally, but it can be used as a platform to initiate major change. And boy howdy, with healthcare reform on the table, this could become very interesting. I wish I knew how Dean felt about the White River Junction guys. If he's totally sold on him, and Dean got the job, the world could rapidly become a much, much better place.
And cheaper, too.
