walkitoutSome guy wrote _Conversations with God_. On Belief.net, he posted as his own work something that was actually someone else's.

I _really_ like Chand's (the original author) comment on the subject of plagiarizing her work: “That takes away from the truth of the material, it takes away from the miracle that occurred, because people begin to question what they can believe anymore."
There are so many things wrong with this situation (and so expectably so!), but my favorite is the idea that plagiarizing this story is dangerous because it will reduce people's belief in miracles. Because they might, like, become critical thinkers.
Or something.
