I had a delightful phone call with K.

I had a long and delightful zoom FF in the evening.

I walked with M and had a porch visit.

A. is still home sick.

R. and I had a late lunch at Karma.

I made blondies, and screwed up slightly. I cooked them in the countertop oven at 370 and did not check on them. I had them on the middle rack, instead of the lower rack. I took them out and they looked kinda dark on top. However, it turns out that I basically caramelized the top. They are possibly the best blondies I have ever made. Who knew that mistakes could turn out to be delightful!

Also, A. and I watched the last Ahsoka episode, and I taught her the basic rule of If You Are In a D&D / paranormal / apocalypse type situation, you need to behead the enemies as you kill them to make sure they don’t come back as zombies, ghouls, vampires, etc. A. is not a fan of this because she doesn’t like to see the insides of people. Fair. And also. This is not a rule for Real Life. This is a rule for Fiction in whatever medium.

A. observes that if you had a pet dragon, you could alternatively have your pet dragon eat the offending character, such as in the Enchanted Forest chronicles. I think that if you have a pet dragon, you do not need any advice from me. You’re doing great on your own, with your pet dragon.

I had some really helpful responses from E., at the architecture firm, about the plumbing spreadsheet. Things are progressing nicely there.
