A. continues to be pretty anxious about the transition to high school next year. It is a big change. The last few years have been pretty weird. Here’s hoping this transition goes okay.
The weather has been remarkably pleasant lately.
I have been continuing to work on the transition from the small ISP email to Big Email for at least business type accounts. There Are So Very Many Of Them. Also, when I dumped everything into a password manager years ago, I never did go through and change all the shared passwords. I had a two tiered system, and the crappy password got broken long ago, so most of those accounts I had to roundtrip the email and reset the password. So along with transitioning to a new email (where possible! a lot of sites require one to contact via phone to change email), I’m also changing passwords in some places.
We made air fryer potato chips today, because I found a few more potatoes in the vegetable drawer. They were okay. I liked them well enough, but A. was not a huge fan.
I’m trying out Misfit Markets. I’m curious to know who their delivery partner to me will be and also what the packaging will be like. I actually almost left their suggested first box come through unmodified, because it was pretty good, but in the end, I removed a few items, and added enough cold pack to waive the extra fee. We’ll get some fake cheeses and similar type items, which is one of the things I’ve really been missing since I quit getting Imperfect.

I signed up at Misfit Markets because I was reminded of Imperfect when I was working through the accounts in the password manager. This has been an ongoing series of temptations. I ordered a pair of Allbirds, for example, even tho I definitely remember that the last pair I ordered did not work out, I _also_ am pretty sure that’s because they were slightly too small. They had _really_ amazing color combos in a bigger size, so I’m trying them one last time. Unless they work out again, in which case, who knows.
Along those lines, when I was over at SwimOutlet, I nearly bought a couple swim suits, but then thought, you know, this is a decluttering opportunity. So I pulled out all the swim suits, tried everything on, and realized I do not need new swim shorts or suits, but I sure could use one or possible more than one swim tops to go with some of those swim shorts. I dumped what I was thinking about out of the cart, updated the password manager, and then ordered a different color in a top I know fits me and which I like, but I have a purple that _only_ goes with the black shorts, and I have a couple of really pretty shorts that the purple clashes with. Fingers crossed.
