Monday: half day

It was a half day. I walked with M. in the afternoon. T.’s Tuesday appointment was moved to Monday evening. He went out to Papa Razzi, which he says did not renew its lease and will be closing. Kind of a bummer, but apparently the Best Western there is now transitional housing, so maybe having that restaurant there makes less sense anyway.
I did some summer vacation planning, which as a practical matter meant that I spent about an hour on the phone. I didn’t get everything I wanted but what I _thought_ I had understood turned out to be true, and I did get the somewhat lower pricing I was hoping would be available over the phone. I then booked another leg as a one-way online on a different carrier, leaving me with the problematic leg to puzzle out. I need to go poll the family about flight vs. boat plus drive. There was also a whole lot of entering KTNs and passport numbers into forms.
R. went grocery shopping; I made a loaf of bread. This one was all bolted Turkey Red (except for the small amount of soft red that is the sourdough crock contents). I did a long overnight culture and it turned out well.
