80 Thoreau

R. and I went back to 80 Thoreau, even tho we were there recently, because I really like the squash soup. And, for that matter, the bluefin crudo and the rice pudding. This time around, I did not get a manhattan, altho I had the barrel aged bouley and the old fashioned. Very nice spices in the old fashioned. We also split a sauternes that was fantastic. I need to get a bottle of sauternes.

I’m continuing to read Linzi Day’s Gretna Green series. The birthday party novella is fun.

T. wanted to meet me at Acton PD at 6 pm after his appointment in town, and we did, but the records department isn’t open then so one of us will have to call during regular hours to get a final copy of the police report.

It warmed up today, so I got two walks, one with husband and one with M. Yay!
