Wednesday: walk, visit, phone call, therapy, NYAJ

I walked with M, twice, because I screwed up an appointment with a different M, so I had to give up on the walk and try again in the afternoon. It all worked out. The visit was delightful.

I had a long phone call with J., very pleasant.

I picked up A and we went to therapy and talked about the feelings wheel and how we might redesign it, and names for emotions / feelings.

R., A. and I went out to NYAJ. I ate too much, but it was really yum.

I asked for a dedicated outlet for the toaster oven in the future kitchen, and I discussed the switches for the pendants in the pool room and we came up with a solution. Things are definitely ticking along.
