Saturday: martial arts, walk, duolingo
Apr. 3rd, 2021 11:00 pmMy cohort in Duolingo this week is not running up the numbers, so I am number 1 with a real chance of finally getting the Legendary Achievement (#1 in Diamond League). I am trying not to jinx this, so I am running my numbers up and failing to continue to be humble.
I took T. to martial arts.
I went for a walk with M.
I walked by myself.
The B. family came over for a masked, indoor visit. This is so much fun! A. and I. played charades, and I got the London architecture lego out for I. She worked on it a bit, but the foundation is boring and a bit hard so I saved it for her next visit. I may do the foundation for her, and leave it for her for finish the rest of it.
Also, the prints from Inprint have all arrived now! I put the Princess of Shinar print into a slightly too large frame (need to fix that at some point, but it’s fine for now) and have ordered bigger frames for the other two (I have nothing remotely the right size for those) — the Baylor detective agency sisters and the cover with Aurelia Ryder from Blood Heir. My office is about to become Home of Ilona Andrews Fangirl, apparently, and I Am Not Sad About That.
