Saturday: I went to bed early

I had a headache, so after I got 3 miles of walks in (one with M., 2 by myself), took T. to martial arts in the morning and minor efforts of that nature, I took a nap. I got up to do a little more (lunch, etc.) and then I went to bed early. I wore my watch, so that if I got texts, I could respond. And I got up briefly again in the evening to play my games and have a couple of longer text convos.
