Happy Inauguration Day!

All kinds of wonderful things today. Competent people in important positions doing competent things.
Former First Lady Michelle Obama’s hair for the inauguration was so amazing, it was even better than her utterly fabulous outfit.
There was an absolutely delightful double fistbump greeting between First Lady Kamala Harris and Former President Barack Obama.
The poem was by a very young, really amazing woman, Amanda Gorman. I look forward to hearing more things from her over the coming years.
I feel like 2021 truly started today, and today is the first day of the rest of our lives. And what a good day it is.
I got an imperfect foods order, and cooked a couple batches of greens, a couple packages of mushrooms. I also made apple crisp, and bread pudding. I also made cole slaw. All kinds of things ready in the fridge to be a part of tasty meals.
