This was supposed to be our one Magic Kingdom day, but we went in after dinner the night before. We got started fairly late as a result. We did Carousel of Progess, but saw the last bit twice because something happened and there were many announcements saying everyone must stay seated. We did our Buzz FP. We had lunch at Cosmic Ray’s which is being renovated and we went in at 1145 so very slow and crowded. We split an adult chicken nuggets and a coke.
We had a Peter Pan FP. We bought some stuff at Sir Mickey’s. We went back to the hotel and soaked in the plunge pool again. Nice! Not too cold at all today. We got out when we started turning pruney (raisin-y) after about an hour. I was checking in via text with T. at 15 minute intervals because R. was cycling. MIL arrived just as we were about to return to MK for 7 Dwarves FP. The first launch back was full so we had to wait — we were really late to Kona Cafe for dinner, and thus late to Ralph VR at The Void and they we waited and it broke down and we didn’t get back until 10:30. A. missed doing roasted marshmallows at campfire and really wants to do that. I checked the recreation calendar and we will try again Wednesday.
I had R. send T. to the store for Mickey Bars while we were walking in from the launch because A. had been nagging for one since before the 7 Dwarves FP — T. got back a lot faster taking the monorail. Oops.
