The kids' both had early release. Gymnastics canceled T.'s lesson. We moved his swim lesson again to Thursday. The sitter canceled. I shoveled white stuff a couple times.
I got a walk with M. in the morning. E. had the day off completely; he works in the lunchroom at the middle school, and no lunch = he gets a day off. Kinda cool for him! Always nice to see E. out walking his dog.
I watched NCIS (cliffhanger, so watch it with that episode) and TRMS.
I made the Rosy Drink with the Kirkland Signature XO brandy, which I had been using earlier for the Vanderbilts I was making. Tastes great, but the brandy makes it come out more brown and less pink / purple, so less pretty. This was the on the rocks version, but I completely forgot to put the simple syrup in (which may also account for the darker color). It was really tasty without the simple syrup (but then, I _always_ think that about drinks).
