Thursday's Activities Include: A.'s half day, vision therapy, fennel and beef meat sauce

I totally forgot to call M. when I got home and thus did not get to walk with her. I did get a short walk earlier in the day by myself.

I made crispy tofu with no oil (I did spray the air fryer basket), and had it in rama garden (tofu, veg, peanut sauce over rice). I did toss the tofu in some corn starch. It got nice and crispy that way.

I had a lovely phone conversation with J.

Today was A.'s half day. I fed her some lunch and took her to vision therapy. When I got home, I cooked the fennel and the thawed ground beef and made a meat sauce. I cooked some thin spaghetti and that was dinner.
