Sunday: many zoom

A. had zoom with F.

A. had Portal with K.

We had family zoom. We did it on the Portal! There is now a zoom app on the Portal TV!!! This is so awesome, because we can now look at all of the other people on the zoom on the huge TV, while sitting in comfy chairs and on comfy couches!!!

Also, Lego Bonsai arrived.

I had a visit with M., but it rained all day and I did not walk at all.

I watched the season finales for NCIS and NCIS:LA.

What did you think of the season finales?

Neither left us horribly suspended as previous finales have sometimes done

I liked the NCIS:LA one a lot. As implausible as the “Eric is a billionaire … who is going to go open the Tokyo office” theme is, the drive in the car at the end is absolutely delightful. Nice to see Hetty picking on the Admiral again.

I was less enthused about the NCIS ending. I don’t much care for Overpowered Serial Killers, and this appears to be headed in that direction. OTOH, it is a lot of fun to watch Harmon and Dawber together. I felt like the Bishop arc was a little rushed, but it’s been a tough year and they had to fit a lot in.
