Thursday: In Which We Return Home

The kids did their school day. We packed up. R. went for one last bike ride. I took the kids to our last swim reservation. We loaded up and headed out. We stopped at a McDonald’s for dinner. When we got home (again, no traffic, under 2 hours drive time, which is amazing), we unpacked and I took care of one minor bit of business I could not do from a distance (needed a picture of a voided check and I do not bring checkbooks anywhere). I changed the hold mail to end Friday instead of Saturday, since we are home a day early. Really great trip; I would go back to Cape Cod Holiday Estates, but am not currently scheduling any travel.
