Happy Birthday, Husband!

A. and I sang happy birthday to him when he got up.
I took A. to the Paper Store after school to buy birthday cards, Father’s Day cards (it is coming right up) and, because I saw a great one, an anniversary card (hopefully I will not lose it before August). We also bought a couple small gifts for him.
When we got home, we pulled a cake mix and frosting out of the pantry, and made him a cake. It was chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, and I used some of the pink colored sugar leftover from a previous project to dust a 55 on the top of the cake.
We had the ginger chicken stir fry from Sun Basket for dinner. I sent the doubled up of that, and one of the doubled up salads home with the sitter to give to W. Getting a doubled up large order from SunBasket is intimidating.
I skipped Dutch, because my throat is still sore and I do not want to give whatever A. and I have to my instructor’s family.
I did get through a ton of minor items on my to do list (send a letter to the Netherlands about our upcoming trip, paid estimated taxes, etc.).
