Today, I got to do a bunch of prospectus reading that I should have done weeks ago. I also got to engage in all the fun of reading about Qualifying Opportunity Zones and Qualifying Opportunity Funds. If anyone can tell me whether the tax deferral associated with QO zones and funds triggers AMT, I’d sure love to know that.
