Wednesday’s Activities Include: tire change, Lurie center

The Lurie Center’s fundraiser / evening of dialogue was, as always, enjoyable. Between being tired (spent 3 hours waiting for my tires to be switched from winter to all season) and the rain, I almost skipped it. We cooked the braised chicken from the Sun Basket box — it was really good. But I did go, and I always enjoy the presentations, and I recognize more people every year including other parents who are attending.
