Wednesday's Activities Include: playdate, rapscallion

Both kids went to school. We had a playdate. R. and I went to Rapscallion, where apparently the events of recent days caught up with me and I had two manhattans. On the good side, I did not overeat at the restaurant because R.'s special was on the light side and he ate some of my fish and jo jos. On the less good side (but trashily tasty), I baked a roll of cinnamon rolls that had been sitting in the fridge. And then ate two. Ooops.

No second manhattan for me!
