Jun. 11th, 2011 11:15 amA few years ago, we finally got some sanity about work hours for doctors and doctors-in-training in hospitals. So if we're not making the totally inexperienced and sleep-deprived run the hospitals at night any more, who is doing it?

Rotating shift work is really hazardous to everyone and everything involved, so having a dedicated team is a brilliant development.
