Mostly, because I think he's a babbling, incoherent, moron. Secondarily, because he's another crypto-fundamentalist backing the status quo (yeah, I know, that status quo part plus the academic cred is what let him in the door at the NYT).
He's only been there since April, but if you review his Monday columns, I think you'll see what I'm getting at.
