walkitoutI hated PE as a kid. I cannot explain in any language how much I hated PE as a kid. I convinced junior high to let me out of it (I used a shotgun style list of medical reasons), and used the extra elective slot to take french. I love me some language.
In any event, as a result of french and later german classes in school, my mother used to periodically hand me her murder mysteries and ask me to translate stuff (this would have been pre-google. way, pre-google).
Today, R. handed me his laptop and asked me to pick the radio button which would cause a website to quit sending him e-mail. It was in german.
Really. Nothing ever changes.
