Disney emissions reduction goal

Notice their baseline is 2006, which picks the peak to measure from. Then their specific goals include things like:
"By 2013, Disney plans to reduce electricity consumption by 10 percent compared with its 2006 baseline at existing assets, and to develop a plan to "aggressively" pursue renewable electricity sources, the report said."
I would not be at all surprised to discover that they can get to 10% down easily just by reducing operating hours, which they need(ed) to do anyway because of the drop-off in traffic.
ETA: I'm not knocking them -- I'm glad they're working on this. I'm just feeling a little cynical about it.
