Using that two day freeze streak

I am grateful to Lingvano for having two freezes and not making you have too many days to earn them, either. Even having prepaid for a year, I’m not sure I’d have been consistent without these. For whatever reason, it’s much harder for me to do my lingvano for the day vs. Duolingo, even tho on balance, I think at this point the lingvano is more valuable for me to learn. I’m really struggling to build the kind of persistence with lingvano to match Duo, but Duo is sooo aggressive that’s honestly probably part of it.

We opened presents early the other day, for reasons, and R.’s aunt C. got me the Duo neon light. It’s hanging in my office and it makes me smile all the time even when it’s turned off.
