Thursday was somewhat quieter
Jul. 31st, 2025 11:00 pmI had a meeting with JB and SC about registers. That was interesting. Then I talked to R. and my sister R. about choices, and we’ve settled most of the questions. Possibly all of them!
I went over some of the slides, and adjusted the window treatments and paint color in an upstairs corridor (the one between the top of the main stair and the music rom), so I now have a location for the rod pocket panels that are currently in our dining room. Woot! I love that fabric, and they are not particularly old and I’d hate to stop seeing them. I still have to figure out what I’m doing with all the hand woven african mudcloth.
R. and I went out to the Boxborough Craft Food Hall. I had mini egg rolls and potstickers. Super yummy. I had a Delirium Tremens Golden Ale (about 5 oz) — the nice thing about the food halls is the total control of volume of beer consumed.
EP from the architect had a question about the sconce in my bedroom, that I answered and then I proceeded to finally work through exactly where the bed really is going to go and what that bed is going to be, with enough flexibility worked into the plan so that if I had my choices, I can switch things around before I’m moved in full time. I think I even know what chair I’m putting in there.
I had a visit with M.
L. came by and picked up a couple unopened small star wars legos, and the star wars brick headz and spider man brick sketch. Woot decluttering!
