walkitoutGovernment has a long history of passing laws for new programs, and then struggling to implement. In my lifetime, that has often involved computers. I heard an Odd Lots interview with Jennifer Pahlka, and this sample is a lot like that interview. The specifics largely involving the state of California, especially the unemployment claims during the pandemic.
This is a topic that I have a lot of interest in, and I may well buy and read the rest of the book. But probably not today, because I have other recent acquisitions that I have not read. Like, a Jennifer Crusie and Bob Mayer book that is first in a series of 3.
Also, I got, via Kindle Unlimited, John Sunderland’s memoir about creating the Jorvik attraction.
