I had a delightful phone convo with K.
I also had a delightful, cozy zoom with H. and P. J. had a rescheduled thing that landed on our zoom, which is fine, and B. was out of town. E. was in a very loud place. We talked books, and I learned about “Susan Scarlett” and Noel Streatfeld. I’m going to try _Sally-Ann_, and see what I think; I have no idea how I never knew about this author before. As H. observed, a perfect example of the Author Reworking Material Repeatedly In Various Contexts Over the Course of a Long and Successful Commercial Career.
