Thursday: a nice, quiet day

I made blondies.
I watched two comedy specials on Netflix: Ari Eldjarn’s “Pardon My Icelandic” and Sheng Weng’s “Sweet and Juicy”. They were both funny, and made me laugh, altho the former more than the latter. It was jarring to listen to the printer jokes in “Sweet and Juicy”. I feel like those are from some years ago? Of course, lots of jokes _are_ from some years ago, but those felt dated in a really odd way.
I’m thawing a chicken; I’ll probably roast that tomorrow. I wonder if it will fit in the countertop oven.
R. got a good night’s sleep and went to a show tonight. We seem to be moving back into a routine. Altho MIL’s aunt J. died last night, which was not super surprising, but still sad.
