Sunday: booster

walkitoutI got the moderna bivalent booster and also a flu shot. I expect I won’t be doing much the next day or so. I had a local appointment, so I walked to and from it. Nice night for it. There’s plenty of prepared food in the fridge if I don’t feel up to doing any cooking, but I do feel up to eating.
A. went to her swimming lesson successfully. Woot!
I made a pear pie, single crust, with spiced, chopped pecans on top. It’s great.
I also used the induction wok to make a stir fry with flank steak, bok choy, carrots , ginger, mint, soy sauce, chardonnay vinegar, mushrooms and probably something else I’ve forgotten. It was really good.
I walked with M., and I warned her that I might be out of commission tomorrow.
A. had plans with a couple different friends. She went for a walk and to Dunkin with one, and then later I drove her over to another friend’s home where she apparently helped bake a cake. Kind of awesome! R. brought her back home.
