Epcot. My sister wiped out hard and had to go back to the room and sleep off a neurological event. C hung out with her for a couple hours. Space 220 Lounge was fun for just A and I, and not nearly so overwhelming in terms of food as the dining room. Calamari was good but would not reorder. Wings were good, but A did not like skin. Carrot cake was absolutely fantastic.
Rode Ratatouille. Got crepes. Only the savory ones are buckwheat; the sweet ones are wheat. I had some of the berry one. A had the hazelnut and chocolate one.
Cosmic Rewind remains The Best Ride.
Test Track is under renovation. Soarin’s video does appear to be better. R rode Living with the Land while we did Soarin. Apparently on a trip to CLR, R attempted Soarin and they had to stop the ride to let her off. While she was on Living with the Land, a toddler escaped and ran amok for a bit in the plants. Yikes! B and R also did Nemo.
Dinner was at Kona and they were able to expand the reservation. Small plates and sushi, mostly.
We’re still not fully recovered from the flight in and lost sleep, but we’re getting there.
