Wednesday: laundry, phone call, lunch, I. arrives

We got up, had breakfast. I did laundry. Laundry in the evening is better. People put stuff in the machines and then totally ignore it in the morning. I had to empty a dryer (I checked for the one with totally dry clothes, not just stopped) to dry my clothes.

While doing laundry, I did a phone call with J. Very pleasant! We cut it short, and he came up and my kids, J. and I all went to lunch at Ha! They have a big TV over the bar. Previously, it had Jaws playing on it. This time, it had a movie with a very young Val Kilmer and a plot involving Native Americans and the FBI. Meanwhile, R. cycled out to Snoqualmie. He wanted to summit, but didn’t like the route, so he turned around after reaching the falls.

I. drove in today, arriving around 2:30. I met her and let her in the garage and then we got her checked in, parking pass, into her room.

I’ve been texting with folks. T. will have a stick shift driving lesson with B. tomorrow. R. will drop him at Everett Mall. I need to figure out how to be at the boathouse at Greenlake at 9 am.

I think dinner was at Uneeda Burger. I had the salmon burger, which was tasty.
