I met K. at Green Lake. I. had planned to join us, and she was going to drive us. However, we stayed up too late drinking the Woodinville Bourbon the night before, so she slept in. R. took the car with T. up to Everett to meet B. so that T. could have a stick shift driving lesson with B. I walked over to Green Lake, so I was pretty tired after that; K. drove me back to near the hotel before heading on her way. We stopped at the coffee shop and she ordered but did not much care for a Bob Marley (?) coffee drink.
Ali, I. and I went up to Snohomish and had lunch at Spada Farmhouse Brewery. I picked up a walnut brownie (keto monkfruit, df and gf no buckwheat ETA: I forgot it in the fridge and ate it on the plane trip home. Other than being dry, it was fine) at Grain, the bakery next door. 2 flights of beer at Spada. The Kolsch was particularly good.
We stopped in at Malicious Women and got a picture!!! I also bought a tank top and some eye shadow.
We bought a belt pack and a bracelet at Joyworks, and T. met us after his stick shift driving lesson. I. got a piece of pie (ETA: apple berry pie, it was excellent when she had it for morning snack on Friday morning).
I. and I went to Aslan (6 more samples), Local Tide (fried oysters for me), Mischief on Canal (bought the John Jacob Rye, had a Blueberry Sour which was pretty and had an egg white, and did the whisky flight) and finally Triangle Spirits (boulevardier for me, kabuki tiki for I — and peanut butter balls).
Super fun day!
