Monday: Embarking on the Dream

The Residence Inn we stayed at was the same as before, and it was fine, except breakfast was very limited. I wound up eating the chocolate walnut butter on a torta roll that was backup emergency airplane food for the trip down.

Covid test was a self-swab while someone watches. Everyone passed. Yay!

Lunch was at Royal Palace. It was fine. Our servers are clearly taking it upon themselves to overfeed the Difficult Allergy People. Which is fine, but I’m clearly going to need to push back on this.

Rooms are delightful. It’s raining. We did the Midship Detective Agency again; even more fun this time! I took A. to Edge, and she really enjoyed it.
