We all got up wonderfully late (but before 11).
We have tickets for 3 of us to go see Encanto later. R. has a doctor’s appointment.
And then it will be taking down the turkey and pumpkin stuff and putting up more Winter Holiday Decorations.
Also, probably there will be leftovers.
ETA:
Encanto was awesome.
We had dinner (R. met us) at Crossroads, and M. saw me come in and came over and said hi, which was delightful.
We did Fancy Friday, and had a really interesting conversation about the kinds of stories that survive for very long periods of time.
Also, I finished reading Sarah Cooper’s _How to Be Successful without Hurting Men’s Feelings_, which is short, and a quick read and laugh out loud funny in many places while really highlighting the absolute bonkers nature of a lot of our world but especially in certain industries. I love the conclusion, particularly. It won’t take you long to read it, and it is worth your time.
