Some of this is back to school wrapping up / looking forward to holiday shopping season, and associated panics. A _lot_ of it is issues in China with Delta closing things down. A huge amount of it is not enough containers, pallets, trucks, truck drivers.
But there are other things. People turning against plastic packaging / bags / etc., has meant that paper / cardboard / etc. is moving to that purpose. If you ran a paper plant of any sort, and you had the choice between serving a growing market, and one serving a shrinking market, I bet I know which way you would go . . .
