Thursday: taxes!
Apr. 8th, 2021 10:02 pmI took the stack of tax info I collected and got it into TurboTax. My estimateds have lined up nicely, so no major surprises. I’m also finalizing some things for a potential upcoming trips (grocery order, annual passes). It’s all easy and weirdly familiar, which is starting to make this long period of difficult and unfamiliar feel like it is finally winding down. Of course things can still change; I’m still waiting on some documents (which is normal — we always wind up needing to get the extension), and who knows what the next days and weeks will bring.
I had originally intended to go to Moodz today; after my shot on Tuesday, I rescheduled in case I felt terrible and didn’t feel up to doing anything. I would have been fine, but still, I’m glad I changed the plan. I’ll go next week, and I took a nap today.
R. had taken today and tomorrow off work, so we had a couple phone calls. She went to a physical therapist about her knee, and learned the problem was actually her hip. She has some exercises, but apparently an exercise bike might help, so I took a look around on Amazon and sent her one. The price on simple ones is quite reasonable, so I got her a recumbent with a lot of great reviews and a high weight limit. If it does not work out for some reason, whatever does not work can guide future choices.
