Thursday: sunny and warm!
Feb. 26th, 2021 02:37 pmThe snow is melting pretty fast now! It is a delight.
I did a walk with M., and did the long one by myself.
I cleaned a cabinet door front because it was obviously dirty, and you know where that goes: soon, one has done all the other cabinet fronts and spot cleaned the floor and then I just took a nap.
I did some shopping on Etsy. I have a somewhat amorphous project in mind: get the table that folds open as a card table and that we use as a nightstand out to be refinished, put something else in its place possibly but not definitely permanently, get long shelves to go across the metal stands that currently are standalone (that’s confusing to explain and may require pictures), figure out some way to display the Ninjago City Gardens for a month or two after I complete it . . .
Anyway, I wound up ordering a nicely refinished and painted antique table for relatively cheap on Etsy ($200) that should do for the get the nightstand / card table refinished project. I still need to find someone to make the shelves, tho.
The watercolor from the Etsy shop arrived and I put that up; I love it already. I logged into RootsTech, looked at the schedule and then just wandered off.
