I am never sure precisely how much is TMI around here, but let us just note that I am 50 (mentioned that already) and there are things that happen to women in this general time frame. I will leave it at, 3 day migraine of unknown origin, and this is not the first time, and I have had my strong suspicions for a while what was causing them, and I finally sat down and poked at google and yes, I can expect this to continue until it stops. *sigh* Hormones.
After the 3 day headache resolved, I came down with something else. Well, I am assuming it is something else because it involves a lot of sinus gunk. I spent a few days napping because I am not sleeping well, and am slowly improving. Because it is so clearly not lower respiratory, I am not actually worried, just exhausted and annoyed and avoiding people because no one deserves to have this happen to them. Did I mention the ear pain? At least that is mostly gone.
I skipped walking with M. yesterday and today, because, see nobody deserves to catch this above.
