Sunday: more vacation planning

Conveniently, other people involved in the upcoming vacation are also not doing anything this weekend, so I have been able to get answers from them pretty rapidly. Nice to know that this works really well when I do the work on a day where people are available to answer questions; not sure how to make that happen.

It is also interesting in that I am interleaving trip planning for two separate vacations, however, things I am learning for one are helping me come up with ideas for how to better manage things for the other. Given that the destinations are different, and the people traveling with us are different, this is a little surprising, but it turns out that some things are generalizable.

Also, I learned that the flight change was already known by the affected traveler, and she is On Top of That. Yay!
