We went to Sorrel River Ranch for horseback riding. Diane and George run a nice ride. I got another pushy horse, but this one did not try to eat constantly. Buick eventually kicked the horse behind me that my younger niece was riding (successfully, so must have been crowding somewhat), and was later kicked by Liver (Buick was definitely crowding Liver, who B. was riding).

We had a fantastic lunch at the ranch. Then we drove to Arches, stopped briefly at the Visitor Center. R. did a side trip through the exhibits. We left one car (the van) in the parking lot. The visitor center was closed at 4 just before we got back to it and A. was upset because she had gotten fixated on doing the Junior Ranger thing. We did walk out to the Landscape arch viewpoint and looked at Delicate arch from the parking lot. R. and T. went back to look at Double Arch and the rest of the plan, but the rest of us returned to town. We went to the food truck parking lot, where many of the trucks were empty or on vacation. A. did not like her burger. I ate Thai food leftovers, and chips and salsa that R. bought. Her family got various cheese pizza and or noodle things.

It was too long of a day. I swapped the plans for the next two days so tomorrow would be super easy and short.
