Tuesday’s Activities Include: Moonstones
Jan. 8th, 2019 11:00 pmWe had date night. The kids went to Julie’s Place and B. helped T. with his homework and we wrapped it all up at 8 p.m. It was impressively successful and left time for us to assemble T.’s new pole lamp.
Moonstones was good. They had an intriguing Boulevardier variation on the menu but were out of a key ingredient. I had a Moonhattan, and a Resolution Solution (rye, ginger beer and cinnamon simple syrup, IIRC).
I got the tofu and eggplant which I always get (and love), and we also got some wings, and a smoked salmon and whitefish spread with crostini dish. I probably should not have ordered the sorbet — I ate a little too much.
Not a whole lot else going on, altho we are learning the ridiculousness of how sharing works when you have more than one Nintendo Switch on an account. *eye roll*
Also, Pre Check lets you renew online and it is ludicrously easy. We were going to do Global Precheck, until I realized that you have to apply for all minors — you don’t get to bring littles through with you. T. has aged out of Precheck tagalong (we need to apply for him), which is a bummer, but A. still qualifies and we don’t really travel overseas enough (yet) to really justify bothering with Four More Interviews.
