Monday's Activites Include: mystery box!
Dec. 3rd, 2018 11:00 pmI went to the post office and got the big photo mailer and the vast majority of the holiday card out. I had to apply a $2, $1 and regular stamp and a tracking sticker to each of about 20 of the mailers. Joy. I had pre-stamped all the cards (regular stamp), but expected stamps on the mailers. Nope. *sigh* At least they are out!
The latest holiday present from from last year / earliest present this year arrived for K. Yay!
I canceled my Dutch lesson due to illness. I am developing a horrible head cold. But I did go for a walk with M., which may or may not have been a mistake.
I received a box from Amazon which was supposed to contain hardcover and book-on-cd copies of Michelle Obama's memoir. Instead, it contained other things! Like, headphones and a sign for jaguar country or something like that. I took a picture and then set up the return and dropped it off at the UPS store. I'm not sure I've ever got a totally unrelated order to what I ordered -- I've gotten right brand, wrong type, wrong color, wrong size, but never ... totally other. Weird! But had to happen. I order a _lot_ from them, and have since before I worked for them.
