T. wanted a bookshelf with doors on the bottom half, that matched his new dresser. After a bunch of thinking about how we could clear off one of the bookshelves on the third floor, I ultimately — with extensive assistance from R. — cleared off several shelves on the second floor, transferred the contents of one case from the 3rd to the 2nd, and then we moved the case down to T.’s room and the case in T.’s room to the first floor where it will go to charity tomorrow. I took the opportunity to purge some books at the same time (and dust). R. made a run to Savers with some things from the basement, the garage, and from the shelves we had cleared off, and also from the linen closet. I now have some of my books a lot more accessible, T.’s room looks even better, and a _lot_ of stuff left the house.
We had lunch at Red Raven before that. The ginger sage whisky smash was fantastic. I probably ate too much. Oh well.
I walked with M. I also did a short walk by myself.
We cooked the last Sun Basket meal kit. For the next several weeks, I have Skipped both Plated and Sun Basket. We’re going to see how we do in terms of eating good food at home without the assist from meal kits.
